Neither Clay Jam Classic nor Clay Jam requires a user account.

1.2 Data Collected in Both Games

When you use either Clay Jam Classic or Clay Jam, we and our service providers may automatically collect limited data needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the game, including:

• Basic Device and Technical Data: device model, manufacturer, operating system, system language, time zone, screen information, CPU information, storage information, network information, app version, and similar technical information.
• Gameplay and Usage Data: game access time, session information, level progress, scores, achievements, play time, feature usage, and other gameplay or usage information.
• Crash and Diagnostic Data: crash logs, error reports, performance events, diagnostic events, and similar technical information.
• Approximate Location Data: approximate country or region derived from technical information such as IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Analytics Identifiers: app instance IDs, randomly generated user IDs, or similar identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

1.3 Clay Jam Classic (ad-free)

For Clay Jam Classic:

• we do not show ads;
• we do not use advertising identifiers for advertising;
• we do not collect ad interaction data;
• we do not offer in-app purchases;
• we do not collect purchase validation data.

Clay Jam Classic only collects limited analytics, diagnostics, crash, gameplay, and basic device data so we can operate, maintain, and improve the game.

1.4 Clay Jam

For Clay Jam, we may also collect:

• Advertising Identifiers: advertising identifiers such as IDFA or GAID where available and permitted, and where consent has been obtained when required by law.
• Ad Interaction Data: data about advertisements shown in Clay Jam, such as ad impressions, ad views, clicks, rewards, ad placement, ad performance, and related measurement or fraud-prevention information.
• Ad Mediation Data: data needed to request, serve, measure, limit, and optimize ads through advertising networks and mediation partners.
• Purchase Data: if you make an in-app purchase through Google Play or the App Store, we may receive purchase-related information from the relevant app marketplace, such as product purchased, transaction time, transaction status, order or receipt identifiers, storefront or country information, and encrypted purchase validation data. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

1.5 Data We Receive from Third Parties

For both games, we may receive information from analytics providers, crash reporting providers, app marketplaces, or other service providers where needed to operate the game, provide support, maintain security, or comply with law.

For Clay Jam, we may also receive information from advertising partners, mediation providers, measurement providers, privacy and consent management providers, and app marketplaces where needed to show ads, measure ad performance, manage consent, prevent fraud, verify purchases, or comply with law.

Data handled directly by Google Play, the App Store, or other third-party platforms is also governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

1.6 Sensitive Personal Data

Our games are not designed to collect sensitive personal data, such as precise location, health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or government identifiers. If we become aware that sensitive personal data has been provided to us by mistake, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interests are necessary and balanced against your privacy rights. These interests include operating and improving the games, maintaining security, preventing fraud, supporting users, and understanding how the games are used.

3. Advertising

Clay Jam Classic (ad-free)

Clay Jam Classic does not show ads. We do not use advertising identifiers, ad mediation, ad networks, or ad interaction data in Clay Jam Classic.

Clay Jam

Clay Jam is supported by advertising. We work with advertising networks, mediation providers, measurement providers, and related technology partners to show ads and measure their effectiveness.

Clay Jam may show:

• personalized or targeted ads where permitted, and where consent has been obtained when required by law;
• non-personalized or contextual ads;
• rewarded ads or other ad formats used to support the game.

For ad delivery, ad mediation, measurement, optimization, fraud prevention, and frequency capping, we may share:

• Advertising Identifiers;
• Basic Device and Technical Data;
• Ad Interaction Data;
• Approximate Location Data derived from IP address.

Advertising partners may process certain data as independent controllers, joint controllers, or service providers depending on the specific processing activity and applicable law. Their processing may be governed by their own privacy policies.

For users in the EEA and UK, personalized advertising is based on consent where required. We use a consent management platform, such as Google UMP, to request and manage advertising choices. You may withdraw or change consent at any time through the in-game privacy settings where available. If you do not consent to personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized or contextual ads.

On Apple devices, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the IDFA where required by Apple policy.

We do not use tracking data to track users across third-party apps or websites except where permitted by platform rules and user consent has been obtained.

For users in the United States, some disclosures of identifiers or ad interaction data to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws, even though we do not sell personal data for money. 4. In-App Purchases

Clay Jam Classic does not offer in-app purchases.

Clay Jam may offer in-app purchases. If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play, the App Store, or another applicable app marketplace. We do not receive your payment card details.

We may receive purchase validation data from the app marketplace so we can:

• verify the purchase;
• deliver purchased content or features;
• prevent purchase fraud;
• provide purchase-related support;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, or platform requirements.

5. How We Share Your Personal Data

We do not share personal data without a valid reason. The categories of recipients depend on which game you use.

5.1 Applies to Both Games

We may share personal data with:

• Analytics and crash reporting providers that help us understand performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the games.
• Customer support and operational providers that help us respond to your requests and operate our business.
• App marketplaces such as Google Play or the App Store where needed for app distribution, platform services, or support.

5.2 Clay Jam Classic (ad-free)

For Clay Jam Classic:

• we do not share data with ad networks for advertising;
• we do not share advertising identifiers for advertising;
• we do not share ad interaction data;
• we do not share purchase validation data because there are no in-app purchases.

5.3 Clay Jam

For Clay Jam, we may also share personal data with:

• Advertising partners, including ad networks, mediation providers, measurement providers, and related advertising technology partners.
• Privacy and consent management providers, including Google UMP or similar services, to manage privacy choices where required.
• Purchase validation providers and app marketplaces, where needed to verify in-app purchases and prevent purchase fraud.

For ad delivery and measurement, we may share Advertising Identifiers, Basic Device and Technical Data, Ad Interaction Data, and Approximate Location Data derived from IP address.

5.4 Current Third-Party Services

The services we currently use include:

• GameAnalytics — analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, and gameplay performance measurement. GameAnalytics acts as our analytics service provider for game data. • Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads — ad mediation and ad delivery in Clay Jam. See the Unity Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — ad delivery, ad measurement, and consent messaging in Clay Jam. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's information about how Google uses data from partners' sites and apps.
• Google Play — app distribution, platform services, and in-app purchase processing where applicable. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store — app distribution, platform services, and in-app purchase processing where applicable. See the Apple Privacy Policy.

These services may process identifiers, device data, usage data, diagnostics, purchase data, or advertising data as described in this Privacy Policy and in their own privacy notices. We may add, remove, or replace service providers over time, and we will update this Privacy Policy where required by law or platform policy.

5.5 Business Transfers and Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal data if required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request. We may also disclose data where necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud, enforce our terms, protect users, or protect the safety and integrity of our games.

If YumYumYukYuk is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Clay Jam Classic (ad-free)

Clay Jam Classic is suitable for general audiences and may be used by children. It does not show ads, does not offer in-app purchases, does not use advertising identifiers for ads, and does not serve personalized or targeted advertising.

Clay Jam Classic collects limited analytics, diagnostics, crash, gameplay, and basic device data to support the internal operation of the game, including maintaining functionality, understanding performance, fixing bugs, and improving gameplay.

We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, precise location, photos, contacts, or other personal details from children in Clay Jam Classic unless a parent or guardian contacts us and chooses to provide that information.

Clay Jam

Clay Jam is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through Clay Jam, and we do not knowingly serve personalized or targeted advertisements to children where prohibited by applicable law or platform policy.

If we learn that a user under 13 is using Clay Jam in a way that requires parental consent under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete the data or restrict processing.

Where required by platform policy or applicable law, we disable personalized advertising for users identified as children or users in child-directed contexts.

Parent and Guardian Requests

You may opt out of such sale, sharing, or targeted advertising through in-game privacy settings where available, through device advertising settings, or by contacting us.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights, unless permitted by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where allowed by law. We may require proof of authorization and may need to verify your identity directly.
